Pressed soft cheese made from raw Churra sheep milk. Matured for 4 to 6 months. Enzymatic coagulation and animal rennet extract. Cylindrical shape with smooth top and bottom and sides.
Dark brown rind, matured with syrah red wine for 24 hours. Perfect with roasted nuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios and assorted fruits, artisan breads, barrel-fermented white wines, crianza and reserva red wines.
Sheep MILK, MILK FERMENTS, preservative (E-252), rennet extract, stabiliser (E-509), preservative (E-1105) (from EGG white). Rind is not edible. Origin of milk: Spain.
