    Pressed soft cheese made from raw sheep milk. Matured for 3 months. Enzymatic coagulation. Carefully cured for 3 months using a traditional culinary technique.

    On the palate it is very creamy, milky and has a very balanced sheep milk taste. Aroma of dry hay and nuts. Perfect paired with roasted nuts, with bread and barrel fermented white wines or crianza and reserva red wines.
