This cheese has a mild and very unique taste. Its smell is clean and intense, with sweet cereal notes. Excellent as an appetiser, accompanied by elegant and velvety white or red crianza and reserva wines. It is eaten whole, as the rind is 100% natural, with an excellent flavour and texture.
